Hello Amy, it was a pleasure meeting you and thank you for taking the time to stop by The Mirage. As discussed we are very excited with our addition of the Forbes Nesting tables now being a part of our convention area here at The Mirage. These Nesting tables are cosmetically attractive pieces of furniture on wheels. We decided to equip twenty of our convention rooms with these Nesting tables to be used for F&B buffets. In addition three of our convention foyer areas are also equipped with two sets in each foyer ( Foyer breaks requiring F&B is now set up almost instantly). Being that these Nesting tables physically live in these convention rooms, they are easily accessible to our staff for F&B use. The Nesting tables present many savings . These “buffets” require no linen, laundry of linen, clips to hold up the linen, labor to set up , skirt and break down the “traditional “ buffets is now eliminated. Our service staff can put together a buffet with increased efficiency without having to wait for Set Up department to set up the buffets. Feedback from our servers is that the tables are easy to roll and easy to wipe clean. We are very happy with our new Nesting tables…
