Program Rules
Hotel Properties are eligible for a $200 rebate on each Forbes Industries Black Plastic Housekeeping Carts purchased between 5/1/2024 and 12/31/2024. Rebates will be issued to the hotel property or the managing entity of the property.
Any hotel or hospitality company providing overnight accommodations to guests is eligible for this promotional offer.
Rebate is only available on Black Plastic Carts Models 2192-36-EN, 2193-36-EN, 2193-42-EN, 2200-33-EN, 2200-38-EN and 2220-EN.
Minimum Order Quantity is 5; each cart qualifies for a rebate, so with a minimum quantity order of 5 the rebate will be 5 x $200 = $1000.
Purchase 5 or more Forbes Industries Black Plastic Housekeeping Carts between 5/1/2024 and 12/31/2024 from any distributor.
Provide a copy of the original Purchase Order that contains proof of purchase of a qualifying cart listed above. Purchase Order must be dated between 5/1/2024 and 12/31/2024.
Submit your Purchase Order via the Plastic Housekeeping Cart Rebate Form.
Complete and submit Plastic Housekeeping Cart Rebate Form with Purchase Order by 12/31/2024.
Rebate eligibility requires that all accounts associated with the rebate be current.
Rebate eligibility requires that the products eligible for rebates are paid in full.
Customers cannot return items for restocking once rebates have been issued. Product returns are subject to Forbes Industries Terms and Conditions.
Eligible rebates will be processed and mailed before 02/28/2025.
