TRIO Table – Setup and Use Process
1. Transport the TRIO System to the Setup Area
Roll the TRIO transport cart to the desired service or buffet location.
The cart stores the three folding station frames, cladding panels, and appliance tiles in one compact unit.
2. Remove the Folding Table Frames
- Take the three folding station frames off the transport cart.
- Position each frame where the service station or buffet will be located.
3. Unfold the Table Frames
- Open each frame from its folded position.
- Lock the frame into place so the station becomes stable and ready for panels.
4. Install the Cladding Panels
- Attach the decorative cladding panels to the frame.
- Panels slide or lock into the frame to create the finished exterior look.
5. Add the Appliance Tiles
- Insert the modular appliance tiles into the top openings.
- Tiles can include:
- Induction cooking units
- Warming surfaces
- Ice wells
- Cutting boards
- This allows the station to be customized for different service types.
6. Arrange the Three Stations
- Position the three TRIO tables together depending on the event layout.
- Stations can be placed:
- in a straight buffet line
- in an L-shape or corner
- with an accessory table as an end cap.
7. Lock the Casters
- Once positioned, lock the braked casters on the frames.
- This prevents movement during food preparation or service.
8. Prepare the Station for Service
- Place equipment, ingredients, or serving items on the station.
- Plug in appliances if needed (induction or warming tiles).
9. Operate the Station During Service
- Staff can cook, carve, mix drinks, or serve food directly from the TRIO stations.
- The modular design allows multiple chefs or servers to work simultaneously.
10. Break Down and Store
- After the event:
- Remove appliance tiles
- Remove cladding panels
- Fold the frames back down
- Store everything in the transport cart.
The entire system folds down compactly for easy storage and transport compared to traditional buffet stations.
