How to make the Traditional Irish Coffee
Learn the art of the Traditional Irish Coffee from Master Mixologist Chris Adams.
Ingredients:
- 2 sugar cubes
- Fresh Brewed Coffee
- 1.5oz Jameson Cold Brew
- Unsweetened whipping cream
Presentation:
- Glassware: Glass Coffee Mug
- Ice: None
- Garnish: Unsweetened Heavy Whipping Cream
Method:
- Drop two sugar cubes into the bottom of your coffee mug
- Pour fresh brewed coffee over sugar cubes and stir to dissolve the cubes
- Pour 1.5oz Jameson Cold Brew into mix
- Pour unsweetened heavy whipping cream into mixing tin and mix with a hand frother for a minute or two to get a nice thick consistency
- Using an upside-down barspoon, layer the heavy unsweetened whipping cream over the top of the coffee without mixing them
Rose Infused Espresso Martini
How to make the Rose Infused Espresso Martini
Learn the art of the Rose Infused Espresso Martini from Master Mixologist Chris Adams.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Grey Goose
- 1oz Kahlua
- 1oz Espresso
- 2 Drops Rose Extract
- Garnish with Espresso Beans
- Float a Rose Petal on Top
Presentation:
- Glassware: Coupe
- Ice: Neat
- Garnish: Float a black rose petal on top
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into mixing beaker
- Add ice and shake 20-30 times
- Strain into rocks glass over large ice using a Hawthorne strainer
- Garnish with a few espresso beans and float a rose petal on top

- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 0.25 oz Earl Giles Winter Spiced Syrup

- Garnish: Clove-studded Orange Peel, Cinnamon Stick
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into mixing beaker
- Add ice and stir 20-30 times
- Strain into rocks glass over large ice using a julep strainer

- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

- 2 oz Bulleit Rye
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method:
- Combine all ingredients into mixing beaker
- Add ice and stir 40 times
- Strain into rocks glass over large ice or into coupe over no ice using a julep strainer
